Our call center staff and websites provide clients and potential clients with the opportunity to explore the costs of medical procedures, treatments, diagnoses, and care options. Please note that our call center representatives are not medical professionals and do not offer medical advice. Academy Health is not responsible for any medical procedures carried out by our staff. All medical services are provided by the facility and are subject to their terms and conditions. When using medical, dental, cosmetic, or non-invasive information provided by Academy Health or its affiliates, whether verbally, electronically, or through our website or call center, you do so at your own risk. Academy Health does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information and is not liable for any false, incomplete, or outdated information. Visitors assume the risks associated with any medical procedure. The prices quoted by Academy Health staff may vary due to potential complications that could arise during procedures. You understand that prices are subject to change due to various factors. Each medical case is unique and may require additional services as determined by the respective medical facility managers and physicians. Academy Health cannot be held responsible for any additional medical costs associated with extra services provided. Medical professionals may make adjustments at any time to ensure the patient's safety. Academy Health will not be liable for any changes in medical treatment made by medical professionals. In instances where the current diagnosis and consultation with a health professional are inadequate for any reason, the patient has the option to seek out another medical professional who meets the same high standards. However, the patient also retains the right to decline this recommendation. If the patient does so, Academy Health will not be responsible for any compensation or changes. Please note that Academy Health does not arrange flight reservations to or from Turkey. Changes in travel plans may affect travel and hotel costs. Any cost increases related to air travel are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are accountable for all airline reservation charges, rebooking, cancellations, extensions, and delays. During their travel, customers must comply with the airline's terms and conditions. It's important for travelers heading to Turkey to be aware that Academy Health cannot be held responsible for any issues at airline connection points in domestic or international cities or countries. Academy Health provides top-tier hotel and accommodation services as part of its premium packages. Academy Health is not liable for any changes or price increases resulting from adjustments to previously agreed travel dates or hotel reservation dates. In the event of changes to hotel dates, Academy Health will endeavor to make the necessary arrangements on behalf of its esteemed customers. If the package includes accommodation, all fees and charges related to reservation and rebooking changes, extensions, cancellations, and delays are handled by Academy Health. Customers may also incur additional booking, rebooking, and cancellation fees from Academy Health. Neither Academy Health nor its dedicated staff are responsible for any incidents that may occur during their customers' stay in hotel facilities or while they are exploring Turkey, unless there is proven fault. Customers enter the country and these facilities at their own risk. Customer needs to make a down-payment after he/she comes to an agreement with Academy Health for the medical package or procedure. This down-payment will be used to guarantee customer’s hospital, accommodation and VIP transfer arrangements. Unless the down-payment is made, Academy Health is not responsible to make the required arrangements for treatment and related services. Down-payment amount will be determined during the discussions between Academy Health and customer. This down-payment will be hold by Academy Health and accepted as forfeit Money. If customer unilaterally cancels the treatment, the down-payment won’t be paid back. Customer may cancel the treatment free of charge if: (i) A medical report provided by a physician indicates that customer is not eligible for the treatment (ii) or for the travel (customer must present Academy Health up to three (3) weeks after cancellation the official report signed by a physician stating customer’s non-eligibility to travel); (iii) In case of natural disasters such as earthquake or war. Academy Health is fully equipped to handle and secure the personal data of our valued customers within the framework of our operations. We are committed to employing comprehensive measures to uphold the privacy and protection of this sensitive information. Our dedicated team ensures the implementation of rigorous technical and administrative protocols for safeguarding the personal data acquired through our services, with continuous education provided to our employees in this regard. While we understand that electronic information transmission over the Internet may present unforeseen challenges, we guarantee a swift response to any cyber threats or attacks. In cases of unauthorized access or data breach, we will take immediate remedial actions and report incidents to relevant authorities. Academy Health bears no liability for any illicit usage or resulting damages from compromised information. When individuals enter into an agreement with a medical facility, they do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of their chosen facility. Users understand that Academy Health will handle all disputes, returns, and refunds directly with the medical facilities, and will make any necessary payments to Academy Health. Under no circumstances will Academy Health be responsible for refunding or compensating you or any user of its services and website within the limits of the law. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between parties and are subject to the laws of Turkey, without applying any conflict of law principles. Each customer agrees that any legal action arising from these Terms and Conditions or any service provided by Academy Health will be brought only in Istanbul Şişli Court, and each customer further agrees to personal and exclusive jurisdiction. Additionally, each customer agrees to accept any correspondence sent by registered mail to the last mailing address provided to Academy Health. The service will be considered completed ten (10) days after posting. It is the responsibility of each customer to update their address. From time to time, Academy Health has the authority to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions. By using the website or any service from Academy Health, customers are acknowledging acceptance of any changes made to these Terms and Conditions.
